Tyres and mags are fitted at a Minty's branch, so returns and warranty claims are handled in store.
Manufacturer warranty
- New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, on the manufacturer's terms.
- Bring the tyre and your invoice to the branch that fitted it. The tyre is inspected and, where needed, sent to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer's decision is final.
- Wear, road hazard damage (cuts, impacts, punctures), incorrect inflation, misalignment, incorrect fitment elsewhere and the use of sealants are not manufacturing defects.
Mags
- Mags carry the supplier's warranty against manufacturing defects. Kerb damage, impact damage and finish damage from cleaning chemicals are not covered.
- Fitment (PCD, offset and centre bore) is confirmed before fitting. Mags that have been fitted cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Returns
- Fitted tyres cannot be returned for a change of mind.
- Items on special must be fitted and balanced in store (no takeaways).
- Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act are not affected.
Workmanship
If you are unhappy with any fitment, balancing or alignment work, bring the vehicle back to the branch that did it as soon as possible and we will put it right.
